Here we go!!!

Ok so my wife and I just started or are trying to start our own real estate company. We are looking to wholesale and flip houses. I have two investors that we deal with and we would like to expand. I'm not sure how to get this ball rolling but this seems like a good spot to start.

So I welcome everyone with there adivice and knowledge to lend me a hand.  I will keep you all updated and hopefully this thing will be great.

   Hey Eric - Jump on the Starting Out and Business Plans forums and spend some time on the BiggerPockets Blog . . . you'll find that many of the questions you've got about getting the business off the ground have been discussed. I hope that helps.
