Ryan Cretens is a high-powered individual whose journey has taken him from Zebulon, North Carolina, to Savannah, GA in February 2021, and more recently to Richmond Hill, GA in the Summer of 2023. Ryan's life has been defined by his involvement in competitive sports, his passion for community service, and a diverse range of professional corporate experiences.
With a remarkable background as a NCAA Division I Soccer Goalkeeper for the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Ryan showcased his dedication, discipline, and prowess on and off the field. His journey in soccer didn't stop there; in 2019, he had a short stint as a professional soccer player with North Carolina FC.
Soon after hanging up the cleats and gloves, Ryan became committed to making a positive impact in the community. As the founder of Kwirkz, a 501c3 non-profit organization, he is on a mission to create a more inclusive and connected world for the special needs community. Through Kwirkz, he strives to provide social and professional networking opportunities, empowering individuals to thrive and connect.
In addition to his non-profit work, Ryan is involved in youth soccer coaching, sharing his expertise and love for the game with the next generation. He is fulfilled by inspiring and mentoring young athletes, instilling in them the same values and skills that have driven his own success.
Ryan gained a wealth of experience in various roles in sales, marketing, property management and construction. These diverse experiences have equipped him with valuable skills and insights that he brings to his real estate career, ensuring that his clients receive exceptional service and guidance. 
When he's not working tirelessly on his non-profit, coaching youth soccer, investing in rental property or helping clients find their dream homes, Ryan enjoys his downtime by spending quality time with loved ones, frequenting the beautiful Tybee Island and perfecting his golf game. These moments of relaxation and leisure serve as a well-deserved balance to his active and purpose-driven life.
