When signing documents for your LLC, I was wondering what other people here use?

Is this acceptable:
John Doe, on behalf of XYZ LLC

I wanted to find out if the general consensus is to sign on behalf of your LLC for every aspect of real estate investing. e.g when working with contractors, inspectors, property mgt etc.

Or do you sometimes sign as yourself instead?

All my investing activity is done through my business, so my contracts are always in the name of my company and I always sign as a representative of my company.
