I have uploaded a PDF of an excel spreadsheet that I created to report the financials for Real Estate companies. It was set up to lookup everything from QuickBooks downloads. Quick and easy - used to pretty up the generic QuickBooks financial reports as well as perform additional analysis. The numbers are fictitious. This is intended to give people an example of one set of financial reports so people can get ideas and build their own. I hope it helps. Feedback and questions are always welcome.
