Does anyone have a reputable skip tracer contact information? I found a property that appears to have been vacant for years and mail is being returned from the propety owners address registered with the county.

This should be a slam dunk if I can get in touch with the owner!

There's a guy in my local REIA (DCREIA in the DC metropolitan area) who started a skip tracing business a few years back. I don't know him personally yet, but I know he's a reputable person, since my mentor has taught him and spoken for him.

His name is Reggie Pasteur, and here's his website.

I have used bloodhoundllc.com most recently for skip-tracing purposes and I have been very satisfied. At one point I had a question and left my cell as well as my email, (didn't think I would get a call back but rather an email) and it was maybe 30 minutes they called and answered my question. Very personable! I have used other " skip tracers " before them and had medium results if I was lucky. My brother turned me to them. He is an investor. He has used to them for some time now.

I've actually tried all the people search sites and similar sites.

FYI - Just called 'Jason' at www.bloodhoundllc.com and he found the individual I was looking for, in another state, and even had his cell number. I left a message...
