I looking to buy a fax machine. Does anyone have any ideas on a good one to buy? :D

Hey Pamela,

I bought a Lexmark X4270 for my home fax. The good thing about it is that it takes regular inkjet cartridges so they don't cost you an arm and a leg like toner and drums. Also, you can use it as a regular printer and scanner.

An alternative is fax to email (although it's real good for outgoing faxes) see www.myfax.com for this service.

I also get my fax line through Vonage, it costs me about $10 a month for the line.

I don't know if you have thought about it or not, but you might like an all in one printer, scanner, copier and fax.

I've got an HP Office Jet 6310. So far I'm pretty happy with it.

I would say go to Office Max. Usually they have last seasons models or last years models up front and you get a good deal

Good choice Pamela, I purchased the same machine. It was a refurbished model and I paid $199.00 for it. Had the same warranty as a new one. I have had it about 6 months and I love it. :wink:
