Hey all. So I just rented out my condo in NJ for 1600 a month. My net cash flow or w/e is like half or so. Basicly im making 9-10k a year profit. My credit rating is like 760. Im looking to take this rent money and buy a place out in the west. (California) The place i like is around LA but, they seem to be very expensive... Any advise on how much of a place I should be looking at, or if i should just stick the money in a CD..
