Trying to grow
Hello all, I am new to this forum. I am currently an investor on a small scale. I have 10 single family and 5 multi unit buildings. I have also wholesaled about 10 deals in the past year. Everything is moving ok, but I would like to move on to a commercial building or a large apartment complex. Just looking for some advice and or guidance. Thanks in advance!
