Has anyone heard of Plan B?

I am new to RE investing and my RE agent referred me to a company called Plan B Housing. They offer to help find the house and the tenant, but I hate to take a chance on a company I don't know about. Has anyone heard of this company? I am in Georgia, and I don't know if they are nationwide or not.
