Need Help Finding a Title Company

Any suggestion on how I can go about finding good reliable title company in the NYC area to do my closings? I have a couple of properties that I'm getting ready to assign over to some end buyers, but I don't have a closing company to do the final transactions? Does anybody know of any companies out there that don't charge an arm & a leg?
