Newbie, who's ready to jump headfirst into R.E.I. I went to my first meeting for this investing club in my area and for the past 2 months or so I've been reading and searching on the web for everything on investing. I've learned the 5 exit strategies, and how to market to practically anyone, I've just got one problem; CONTRACTS! I just wanted to know if anyone knows of some basic contracts or a website that offers contracts that are investor friendly.

Another source of some contracts is your investing club or association. Most have a book of forms (probably generic but maybe not) or give a copy or access to a book of forms for new members.

Terry,

Most states have a Real Estate Commission which has all of the legal forms for that state available for you to review. For example here in Denver you can go to Dora and download the same forms that your Real Estate agent would use.

I would suggest looking these over to get a good idea of what the contracts look like.
