Choosing a REI strategy
Hey Guys,
How would you go about a choosing a strategy for REI?
I am a investor that wants to net $10,000 mnth/ create passive income to live off of. However, i know that it takes TIME & PATIENCE.
In the mean while what do you guys suggest i do. Should i flip houses and pick up rentals along the way?
What strategy should i choose to grow my rental business.
