Any good book recommendations?

Question

After listening to the first couple pod casts here on BP, I heard a few people mention the Rich Dad - Poor Dad book so I picked it up the other day. So I was wondering if anyone had another book recommendations that would be advantageous for someone starting out would be appreciated.  Keep in mind I'm looking for quality books, preferably not from some cheesy RE guru.

Dean  T. There are two basic kinds of books; motivation/big picture, and real estate  "how to" books. The 
I would consider Rich Dad one of the former. Books with specific tips and actionable items would be the latter type. If you have a preference you might want to post it.

Of course there are general business and success books that will be helpful too and I would put them in the General Motivation category.

*E myth Resisted -  Michael Gerber, way overrated in my opinion. 
*E Myth contractor - Michael Gerber, Shorter, more applicable and more clear. 
*Escaping the Self Employment Trap - Victor Cheng
*Getting things Done - by David Allen A terrific book and concepts on how to be more productive. It's not the usual make a list and rate it A,B.,C etc.

Rich Dad has a whole series of books and the quality varies tremendously. Oddly Rich Dad is pretty weak when it comes to real estate. Rich Dad Cash Flow Quadrant is another of the series which is popular.

*Millionaire Real Estate Investor - Keller
*Multi-Family Millions - Dave Lyndahl much of this applies to SFH too
*Inspecting a House - Carson Dunlop & Asociates
