I am 29 and have finally realized that I keep building others company's so now it is time to build my own. I wouldn't trade any of that for where I am at now, all of it was a GREAT learning process. However, I just wish I would have started earlier in Real Estate. I could have made a ton of money helping my friends with Rentals when I was in college.
Real Estate is a great job to learn about how Businesses work.
I was in retail sales prior to becoming a Realtor. I was working way too much, getting paid way too little, and expected to control things that were out of my control once I was in management.
I was spending way too much time away from my kids and I was lucky enough that my husband made enough income that I was able to quit and stay home with the kids.
That quickly drove me crazy. I needed more adult interaction. Because I always had interest in real estate I decided to get involved.
I am very happy with the decision.

For me, the idea of becoming a Realtor was natural.
Financial Planner. I got tired of being a suit -and -tie -guy and found investing in real estate. It has been the best ride of my life. I have not only made more money than I could ever use, but have also found a true passion that I look forward to everyday. I truly enjoy what I do now and hope that everyone enjoys themselves as much.
