Two escrows on same house
I represented buyer and we opened escrow on SS and had some trouble getting financing cuz guidelines changing the fico score requirements. Listing agent was upset it took longer than we first thought. We had loan docs being drawn and found out listing agent opened another escrow and sold the house to another buyer. He stopped answering any calls or e-mails & escrow said they did not get a response either.Has anyone seen this happen?? My buyer would like to report him for this act.
