Any agents know foreclosure facts??

Question

Hi all agents in this forum section. I was wondering if there are any agents here who are familiar with foreclosures that could possibly help with some of the questions that are in the foreclosure section on this website. Any and all info you can offer to the questions that haven't had a response would be greatly appreciated.

The most important thing to know about buying an investment property at an auction is you have to do your homework. Usually there are no inspections, you get the tenant (s) or former owner to either work with or evict and you have to pay all municipal liens at closing.

Use caution and due dillignece and you will be fine.

Every state has different foreclosure laws.  Therefore, the best place to start would be your state's website.

At the state's website, it should give you an overview of what the rights are of a person going through foreclosure.

I recently went to a foreclosure auction and learned a lot.  I have also been to foreclosure auctions at the courthouse.  You need to  go to one before you start trying to invest in foreclosures.
