Tips on Getting Listings Sold
Hi,
I'm looking for creative ideas on getting listings sold in this tough market. I am a real estate agent of 3 yrs now in Cleveland Ohio, somehow I am surviving in this market i'm selling homes and generating listings any advice on getting my listings sold would be appreciated thank you in advance.

Word of mouth, old fashioned cold calls, and door knocking around the home. Ask everyone you come in contact with who they know that would like to buy your listing.
