Minimum Down payment for Homepath NOO Property

Guys,

Please advice what is the minimum down payment we need for Homepath/FNMA investment properties. On the site they says "10%" but am not able to find any single lender who is ready to finance with 10% down.

Also suggest me Lender/Broker name and phone, if any of the guru's work on this kind of deal.
