You've got my vote. I've addressed and made comments on this subject many times. The ironic thing is that most Investors still don't realize just how powerful a Self Directed plan can be. Especially a Solo 401K plan. If you build it-they will come! At least I'll be there sharing my expertise. Or you can go to my blog and start getting educated.
