Have you found that racking up posts is helping your business? What networking benefits if any or deals have you found by being out there more?

That isn't my purpose. I'm too old to care about racking up business. I think I have a lot of experience to share freely when I'm available. I've been richly blessed or rewarded my entire life.
I put my BP post count on my financial statement when I present it to banks.
Seriously - post count alone means nothing without good quality content. Post counts make great stats, but it is the content that "sells" people into spending more time here and further contributing to the site.
And speaking of contributing to the site, this cost someone money. Put your money where your mouth is ;) : http://www.biggerpockets.com/donate.html
BiggerPockets members regularly email or PM me to let me know that thanks to our site, they've saved thousands of dollars or avoided getting into a bad deal or made a connection that made them a lot of money and so on. I know for a fact that those members who take full advantage of all of the tools and resources made available to them by our site, grow their businesses.
As for Tim's comment, quality is absolutely the key. I know most of our top 25 posters or so, and these people have all benefited from our site in one way or another.
Finally, as for putting your money where your mouth is, Tim has certainly done that with his generous $250 donation. I've personally thanked him for the kind gift, and have assured him that I'd make sure the money was put to good use. Thanks again, Tim!
I'd really rather allow the members do the talking, but I thought it important to chime in for a second.

Not a problem Josh. I've paid much more for lousy dates and/or training with far less content in the past.
Which gets me to thinking.....all you rich and successful people out there on the forum (especially the ones selling training on how to be rich and successful) - surely you can beat my mere $250 donation...can't you? If you can't afford say a $1,000 donation, how am I to believe you can train me to be a millionaire?
And no, I don't work for BP. In fact I think I've walked the line of having "sanctions" imposed a couple times....
Mr. Brown I have a question for you. What is your fee to teach those who can acquire the info from places like this.
Not knocking those that coach, but do you coach for free or are you focused on the making money by coaching those who are new.
I am just wondering also do you own any real estate.
Pls answer these questions if you would pls.
SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS
I am new to this site however other sites of similar nature have helped me both through knowledge and through connections.
My thoughts on real estate investing are simple.
On your own you can do OK, with a partner you can do GOOD but with a network you will do GREAT!
Hope this helps answer your question
Tim,
Can I ask why you show your BP posts on your financial statement? How does this help you? I'm just curious. Hope you don't mind me asking.
Heather
Hey Heather - Tim was kidding about that.
