I have recently purchased a home on one side and half an acre to build home on the other side I'm interested in possibly purchasing foreclosed manufactured home was wondering if anybody else out there had experience with this or may have other ideas. Home will be for rental.

You could buy a HUD foreclosure mobile home on land and have it moved to your place. You can pick an area within a couple hundred miles where they sell for low prices. After you move it you can sell the land it came from. I've seen deals like this where the home/ land sold for less than you could buy just the home for locally. Check out hudhomestore.com
