Hey Everyone,
I see alot of info on the commercial end of things here, but my question is I don't hardly see anything on wholesaling commercial or birddogging. Does anyone know if you can do it and how would you get started. Also, any good books for wholesaling commercial? I have been wholesaling residential for about 2 1/2 years and would like to get started in commerical. Any advice would be great! :D
