Multi-family foreclosure properties request

Does anyone know a good source to retrieve Multi-family properties to be foreclosed in Maryland? I reside in Maryland which has changed Foreclosure law for single family owners and owners with less than 5 units. Thank you for any assistance.

I am looking for multi-family foreclosures too. Any size, ANY STATE.
Just sold two (237 and 336 apartment unit complexes here in FL at 4 and 9 million) and have people (principals) looking for other deals.

I will not deal with anything or anyone too far removed from the source.

You can always do it the old fashioned way...go to the recorder's office and look through default filings.

Or if you can prove you have the cash or connections to deal, call the local commercial banks and ask them what's on the chopping block. If you're money is real, they'll send you everything they have.

FL Flipper: Send me an email if you wish. I am in Texas,looking at lots of MF REO for our company to buy (DFW). We only buy properties which will yield an 11% cap however ,leaving a LOTS of product we won't buy. Send specific age,location,product-type perameters.
