Mastermind? Wow that is a big burden to carry. I am aggressively pursuing Multi Family Units and Mobile Home Parks. But I am no mastermind. I could sell a course of Single Family homes better than most people. But I am a Baby in commercial. I would like to join anyhow if I may.
