Would anyone be interested in forming a nationwide commercial real estate investing mastermind group?
I think it would be a great way to swap strategy, equity, make partners, and find great deals.

There has been quite a few members interested in joining this group yet I have had 0 of you respond to actual opportunity to partner on commercial deals and none of you have produced the ability to perform in some manner or another. Chanel has found the same result as we have communicated together in an ongoing effort to produce a quality and viable investment group in the commercial world.
So far, it appears that either people are not seeing the message or no one is an actual player.
If I am wrong, please correct me now and right here on this thread.
We are interested in developing a small group partnersip to take down commercial buildings that yield great returns for all involved, including tax deductions. If you have a minimum of $10k cash (your own money sitting in a liquid account, not a HML, borrowed funds, etc) and want to invest in commercial but have not or could not on your own, here is your REAL chance if you do have REAL cash.
