Hello fellow professionals at BiggerPockets! Are there any of you interested or investing now in self-storage? I would like to get to know more about you and promote self-storage at BiggerPockets. Do you have any hero or war stories about self-storage investing? Do you own PS or EXS?

I'm in contract to buy our first self-storage facility which we will expand, as well. I'm interested in learning as much as possible about operating a value-add facility, construction, financing and how to structure a deal with investors who are friends of mine.  We already have our feasibility study done and and demands very good.  Looking forward to following this thread.
