There seems to be numerous websites that have information on foreclosures, (addresses, pics, etc.) I was wondering if anyone had any experiences they would care to share about which sites are good and which are not so good. Or am I barking up the wrong tree here, is this info available somewhere for free.

If you really wanted to catch the foreclosure notices first, a trip to town hall would benefit. They receive the lis pendens first.
By the time they're on realtytrac or foreclosure.com and what not - consider how many people have already seen this. You're gonna get in a long line of investors, realtors and other hopefuls to get in front of those owners.

Does anyone know what is a good website is to research foreclosures and also find a good listing I am trying to make a new list for some clients

Most of these pre-foreclosure and foreclosure websites are useless. Most charge a hefty premium to view homes that are on the mls or 30 day late foreclosure list; By that time these homes have been hit 0ver thirty times by bird dogs, investors, and their mothers.

There aren't many short cuts in this game. The best way to ensure success is to get your hands dirty and work hard like most successful investors.
