At least here in CO there's no such thing as a daily list. The get posted by the county once a week. Talk to some investors in your area and you'll probably find a local company that aggregrates counties in your area and sends out the lists as soon as they're available. Going to a REIA meeting is another good place to ask around and find such a company.

Otherwise, your source is the courthouse. Some counties have it online, though there my be a fee for a full list. If you can't find it online, go to the court house and talk to the folks there. They should be able to help you out. Even if it is online, these systems can be very obtuse.

Niki go to the court house and ask the investers some will not talk but some will those have helped me the most. also find a good title rep they are pretty informative. they now the auction sites that keep track of the sales . Good luck!

I get a weekly email from title companies here in Oregon...they compile NOD's from three major counties. If I need other counties I can request them. The emails come with excel file attachments which I can filter as needed.

Title companies usually have marketing representatives who will put you on their email list...so each week you will be automatically sent the list.

If you hide around a corner you can watch the sneakier investors remove the notices for their own benefit.

What a system......

Same thing happens around my area, except that they post a stack of those notices, so removing one is quite welcome. Removing the whole stack from any single posted property is something I have not yet seen.
