Need your suggestions...Equity Financing

Hey Everyone,

I am currently conducting feasibility studies for a great land development project. The last piece of the puzzle is a source of equity financing for the project. I am in need of land acquisition and development financing. My local bank requires a LTV ratio of 65% and will supply the debt needed. However, I am finding it difficult to acquire the necessary equity, due to the economic downturn, to move forward with this project. I am seeking your advice to gain another prospective on sources of equity financing and/or creative ways to obtain financing during these current economic conditions.

Thanks,

Jon

Folks, this post is in a discussion forum, not the "Seeking Financing" forum. The original poster says "I am seeking your advice", not "I want a loan". Please don't respond with solicitations for loans.
