Does anyone know of a good source to get education & info on multi-family investing? Looking for videos and or seminars/education materials/downloads to help me better analyze deals, learn what to look for, and look out for, ect ect -

The titles below have helped me. If you scour the text beneath each podcast and check out the bullet pointed topics and/or books, you're pretty much set with what you're looking for.

You've found it! Use the search box at the top, read lots (there is lots to read) and then start asking questions.
Ohh .. and like Jean said ... Frank's books are good resource.
