Subdividing Massive Raw Land into 40 acre chunks
Is it possible to subdivide a 300 acre piece of raw land for example into several large pieces also left raw? Or does subdivision required converting lots to buildable residential lots with utility service hooked up?
I'm hoping no, because my goal is to just wholesale a big chunk of raw land without spending thousands on utility service for each piece.
