Just curious.
How many of you rehab, invest etc... in real estate full time? I have currently a full time job, have not made a deal yet and I'm wondering how most people make the jump over. Is it just leap of faith?
Needless to say I'm learning as I go, I'm new to the forum and to investing, I know just the basics. I have owned 3 different homes in my life time but I was living in them and not looking to flip them, any stories or info would be much appreciated.
