Bought my first house when I was 25 ish...
Zero down on a lease option... Home was an executive style custom home, new construction, and I was the first to live there... Helped bail out a developer.
P.S. Had no clue what I was doing! Used the ol "fake it til you make it" strategy... and it got me in the door!
It's my position in life right now! Don't know much about real estate but i'm sure gonna fake it till i make it!
I take it your a graduate from the school of hard knocks?
Yea... unfortunately...
Some of the best things I have learned have been painful and costly...
Bigger Pockets, so much free flowing information online, books, CD's, seminars... all of that stuff on real estate investing is fairly new...
I learned old school... by screwing up!
Get some basic info... and go get em! This is where you can make some CASH!
Became a real estate agent at 20 , got my first property at 21 with my brother.
One year later.....We're in contract on having a total of 13 rental units.
