Agent Vs. Investor
I currently have a real estate license and am studying to obtain a broker's license. I have also decided to focus my attention on investing so my question is.....
Would having a real estate agent/broker license interfere in any way with investing in real estate? If it will, how so? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
