Building Reserves
Does anyone have any creative ideas on building reserves? I want to purchase a 6-plex but I need reserves for security. I am looking to purchase the 6-plex early next year and am looking to implement any valuable suggestions into action asap. Any suggestions?

Not to hijack this thread but, is there a certain standard you use on determining how much you should have in reserve. For example if the house is worth 50k you have 10% or something like that?
