R.V. Storage Lots

Hey everyone. Wondering if anyone can give me some info on how to get started with this. I'm talking about buying a couple of acres for storage of R.V.'s, 5th Wheels, Boats, Trailers, etc. I drive by them all the time, and can't help but think this MUST be a good way to generate income with relatively few headaches.

I know, I know, there are headaches with everything. That's why I want to learn all the ups and downs. So I can decide if this is the right path for me.

Maybe there are some good books out there, or even just articles with good info. Maybe if you just know a thing or two, I can take bits and pieces of info and put it all together.

Some of the stuff I can figure out that is specific to my local area (normal rent rate, good or bad areas for a lot, etc.). I would like to learn more about what types of insurance you need, what is the proper zoning (Colorado), things like that.

Hope there are some who can help with this! Thanks people!

Claude
