Refinance and put LLC on title?

Hi,

Is it possible to refi from 30yr to 15yr and add the LLC to the title only (but keep mortgage under my name only)?

So, we have now:
Title: Me only
Mortgage: Me only

going to:
Title: LLC only
Mortgage: me only
