Title change in NY

Hey guys,

I need to add myself to the title of one my duplexes. The lawyer I used to close my last deal said he could do it for $250-300, which I felt sounded kind of high. My CPA said that was high as well and he felt it should cost about $75-150. Do I just need to change it through the city? How much do you think it will cost?
