DSCR HELOC for Non Warrantable Condo Question...

I was working with Sunwest Mortgage on a DSCR HELOC and I just found out they do not work with non-warrantable condominiums ( my condo is non warrantable). I started with them because I could not find another lender offering a DSCR HELOC. Can some one guide me of where to go now? Your advise will be greatly appreciated.
