I am very interested in pursuing commercial real estate lending to small business owners. I sure would like to know how to market to small business owners and Multi-family apartment owners. I would offer refinance and purchases. I did some telephone calling to small business owners and had some positive contact. But not a lot of business owners were receptive.

I would personally be interested in talking with and I know many people that would be interested. When you say commercial do you mean properties specifically for commercial purposes or are larger (multiple) residential properties included?
