Looking for Hard / Private Money

N/A N/A
Posted

My credit score for any ones interest is 637.
I am looking for different lenders that will do either:

1) Hard money / private lenders
- I want to know the interest, points, ARV max, LTV max, whether the lender requires credit.
- My preference (not a requirement) is low interest, low points 85%+ ARV, LTV of 100% of the purchase, no or minimal credit pulls. – I WILL CONSIDER ALL LENDERS IF IT MAKES SENSE.

2) Hard money or private lenders that will pay for 10%, possibly more of the purchase and/or the fix up costs and / or the payments on the property and / or points required by other lenders (created as a second position note) not to exceed 85% of the ARV.

If you are a lender – Great, if not but you know people who are lenders and are willing to help a fellow investor out – Great, if I need to give you a name to get a name (trade names) – Great.

I have properties in Utah, constantly but none specifically being listed at this time.

Feel free to contact me with interest
