No seasoning refinancing

I have a property that I just purchased using a hardmoney lender, I will be finished with the rehab work in about two weeks tops. Does anyone have a lender who will refinance the property without a lot of seasoning? I need to refinance this one because I have several more that are under contract and need very little work. The property will be occupied as soon as I am done with rehab by tenants.

Did you try talking with local banks?
They may be more willing to work with you and offer no seasoning. You are speaking with the decision makers and they know your local market.
