Hi all
I recently got one of my
offer accepted, and I'm looking for anyone who might be interested in getting
more return for their money than the CD banks offers.

I'm looking to pay 8%-10% on their investment secured by my property in San Bernardino city CA. This is southern California only. None of those out of state.
