I was married 5 years ago and have always filed on my own.
I am buying 2 l/1 lots with a garage and 2 rental trailers. (and was
before we were married.)
Sept. 2012 I purchased 3 lots with 1 trailer with add on and 2 space rentals.
On a separate contract I purchased 3 1/2 acres with a home,
1 small shop and a large shop. The understanding of refinancing
by Nov 2014. (My husband signed he has no interest in these.)
These properties should appraise well above the balances owed.
I also own a small business and need to expand.
Problem I am falling behind and need to put all into one payment.
My credit has fallen and do not know where to turn to pull out.
I do not want to sell out, but do not know where to find the financing.
I am looking for about $400,000.00 or less does anyone have
any suggestions?
