Hi,
I'm looking to buy apartment buildings using land contracts.
I'm also ooking for a broker that understands creative financing, particularly land contracts. AKA contracts for deeds. I'm finding most brokers have no idea what a land contract is or how it can help all parties, including the broker.
Any thoughts are welcome.

Probably the reason you are having a hard time is because they are not really used that much...

Most buyers of apartments or larger commercial properties have cash or bring in their own financing, and rarely ask for land contracts.

Sometimes there are seller carried 2nd's or subordinate financing, but very few land contracts...

Anyone else have an opinion on this?
