Anybody know anything about David Alexander's
Sub 3 program??

SFR Investor · Scottsdale, Arizona

here we go again.............................1st post and it's about someone's program, hmmmmmm I wonder where this will end up.

I'm surprised there isn't an affiliate link in the body of the post

Real Estate Investor · Altus, Oklahoma

No I know of David Hasselhoff's Subject 4 course though and looking for his follow up Subject 5 The Return.

SFR Investor · Scottsdale, Arizona

Hasselhoff is my hero!!......................not

google this sub3 guy and watch his video, it's horrible!!!!!!

the guy needs to shave, cut his hair and not wear a college pot smoker shirt. He's horrible at presenting the course and even worse at trying to sell it...................it's like 20mins long, he keeps looking down at his cue cards(probably b/c he's stoned and can't remember what he's supposed to say) instead of looking at the camera. It looks like he made the video in his moms garage.

What the H.E double hockey sticks is a Sub 3 anyways?

it reminds of me what guys from Altus, OK do in their free time when they're not playing with steers :-)

His Subs go up to 3...it's one louder!

(said in my best British accent)

Hahaha. I just watched that guy's video, what a joker. If this guy has any subscribers then I am in the wrong business. I need to get into the real estate investor training business.

2 thumbs up for sub3! Great technique, but most of you obviously want a slick looking Robert Allen look alike to present you a bunch of worthless outdated c*** to feel you got your money's worth, so I wont bother you with the details.

SFR Investor · Scottsdale, Arizona

uh oh! another 1 time poster swearing it's success. I'd bet it's the guys inbred brothercousinguncledad.

Ollie, the point is, if your going to represent yourself and claim to be a millionaire then cut your hair, shave your face, quit wearing worn out t-shirts from goodwill and most importantly remember that mullets went out of style when Billy Ray Cyrus and his achy breaky heart quit playing on the radio.

Real Estate Investor · Vero Beach, Florida

Nick,

I guess I will draw the line on this one. I know David very well. His program is very unique. Taking useless pot shots at the guy and other people is not very productive. You seem to be a bright person.

I can tell you that David Alexander is probably one of the most creative investors I have ever met. He was doing sub2 deals probably before you could even spell sub2.

Some friends of his coined Sub3 because it is just an extra step.

I will post. The guy you are in referenceing to owns Banditsigns.com Hey the guy has long hair. So what.

What is wrong with Billy Ray Cyrus.

Real Estate Investor · San Diego, California

Jon,
I did not mean to offend you, but if you've seen his videos you'd know why I had that response. It's hard to take someone seriously when they don't even bother taking care of themselves. Also I don't think I'd pay to be taught by someone who's had minimum success themselves. (Although he did pull up in a corvette in his second video.)

Real Estate Investor · Texas

Nick, I started to respond with a lengthy post, but decided it might tax your attention span. So, just go read The Millionaire Next Door, realize not everyone awaits breathlessy the latest issue of GQ or longs for a pair of Gucci shoes as you do, and quit judging people so harshly on their appearance. You must be really proud of yours, considering you're hiding behind a Kool-aide avatar.

Real Estate Investor · Vero Beach, Florida

Nick....It was for the other Nick I suppose. I am not offended. But David Alexander is David Alexander. You have to know the guy. I would not call what he is minimum success. I am going to Blow some Wind about the program and so forth. When I signed up for biggerprofits I thought it was a good networking site. But here lately it has been name calling. That stuff is so elementary and yes I jumped on it also.

Shame on me. I have known David for about 8 years. Just google his name in conjunction with Sub 2 deals. You will see what comes up.

He is the type of person that likes to make the money on the property without ownership and liability. I will just leave it at that.

If I offended someone with my post that is not my intention. I think we are all grown ups and can take our candy to another sand box.

Nick & Nick I have joined his sub3 program. There is nothing like it.

I guess someone else posted while I am writing this.

I'm sorry your taking personal offense to the remarks.

If you know the guy well, maybe you can put in a call, and at least ask/tell him to clean up a little bit, maybe a nice polo shirt or god forbid a dress shirt w/ a tie. If I'm going to be making video's selling a product w/ my name on it I'm going to at least look the part. As the other Nick in the previous post mentioned, it's hard to take someone serious when they've disregarded their personal appearance. Billy Mays as silly as that man is at least wears decent slacks and a nice shirt when he's pushing Oxi-clean

Real Estate Investor · Queens, New York

I'm no expert but I'm with both Nicks on this one.

If you showed up to a job interview in jeans and a t shirt, what does that say about you?

as a non-experienced person looking to get started investing, this guy's video did not look even remotely professional. the comments may have gone a little too far but in essence a valid point was made; the guy comes off as a schmuck.

Whatever folks. I am done. Bantering this.

and done with this forum

· Red Oak, Texas

Hey guys,

Just got informed of the ramblings on this site..

Ya'll are too funny...

Especially, Nick, Nick, and Corey...

So, lets see my experience has been attacked...

Well how many deals ya'll do a month... and how many hours do you work...

Me, I work about 2 - 3 hours on a busy week... and my people typically still do 2 - 3 deals per month for me... with occasional spurts to 4 -5...

So, me... I really don't do any deals I guess...

Now, my real estate company this year will be a bit on the low side... as I've set back the last couple months as I waited to see what's shaking out.. rest assured... though... we'll still be somewhere in the neighborhood of 3 mil plus or so...

Luckily.. I've built up anough passive income that my real estate company just replentishes my cash outs... to insure my income... not to mention my other businesses... as an example Banditsigns.com sells 10,000 - 15,000 plus bandit signs a week..

If ya'll would have watched all the video's instead of just the opening of the doors for the Sub3webtraining video .. (the last one) then Ya'll might have caught the experiences I've been through and seen and maybe even learned a thing or two...

Not to mention that those video's were only emailed to a list of people that were on my personal email list... and folks that had been part of the davidalexander.com/blog..

But, I guess ya'll were too busy name calling to find out more...

Oh... and my dress... heck I'm proud that I can wear what I want and dress how I feel... it's part of who I am.... I was actually dressed up in the video's as I usually wear just tshirts and shorts...

Yes, i did deals like that as well and it was no problem... in fact... it seemed to make it easier for me.. because, i guess folks new I was for real... and a problem solver not some slick salesman...

It's kinda like a friend of mine says... Oh yeah.. and he's a multi millionaire too...

What more do I need... I can buy anything I want at walmart anytime I want...

As far as My hair...

Two reasons...

One I'm Native American (Chickasaw) and damn proud of it... so, I decided when I made the decision to never work for anyone else that I wanted long hair...

And My daughter (my pride and joy) after I did go back to short hair once when she was 3.... (she's 11 now) she told me to never cut it again.... I don't... except for the occasional trim...

If you had a daughter and the ability to decide to do what she wanted you wouldn't either...

She also, picked out the color of my new Vette this past summer... likely the only thing I have that's flashy... that's a whole other story...

It was really a tough decision to be honest... You see.. my brain has been rewired to buy, sell, build and create assets... so that's usually where I spend my money...

But, you see I don't have to keep up with the joneses....

I do try to go Vegas about once a month... and if not at least somewhere for what I call a mini vacation... sometimes I go more..

Polo shirts... wouldnt be caught dead in one and that goes for ties and all that mess as well...

It's just not me...

So, go ahead... forget about the information... close your mind off....

My guess is... you'll miss alot of experience you could have gotten for free... because I like to help folks....

and if you'd followed the earlier video's... then you would have seen I had a back door to more Free video's to help getting started...

And if your mind is that closed... then you'll have a helluva time learning...

I learned that lesson early thankfully...

So, go ahead make fun... and don't learn... it's simply a choice... and you probably don't realize it.... I didn't at first till I became a real estate investor and found out none of the real ones were pretentious...

But, beware, as an ealry mentor of mine said...

Millionaires with stories are all around you... and sometimes you just don't know...

Nowadays my life is simple... I don't have to wake up to an alarm clock... I like to sleep in...

I designed my life the way I wanted it...

Is Yours?

My biggest decision is usually about where I'm going to eat lunch and who I'm going to invite that day...

So, my guess ya'll must be pretty new to this or you'd not point fingers so much...

and then your door would open wide to learning new things....

I still do everyday...

David, I liked your response here so much, I opted in for the free stuff, after Googling around a bit.

don't cut yourself short, my guess is you didn't have
a lengthly post to begin with.

uh.......ok

David, I must say I will not retract most of my statements, however I actually do really respect the fact that you've come to BP to post (even if it was merely to defend yourself and your position). I actually hope you'd stick around and be a viable part of the site.

I do on average 2-3 Sub2's a month as well, with the occasional spurts of 4-5, I can't knock you on that, b/c I feel that's plenty........

I will retract my remarks about your hair, understanding your heritage and your daughters wishes ( gotta respect a man who's daughter has him wrapped around her little finger) I have a 10 year and still haven't figured out how to tell her no when she asks for something.

the corvette thing..............no biggie, I don't even think I made a remark about that, I think most investors drive regular cars anyways.

as for the way you dress, that's where I think you and I will be differ. I wouldn't have a problem with how you dress even if I met you in real life, matter of fact if we did meet I would probably be dressed in cargo shorts, t-shirt, sandals and a baseball hat (probably a cardinals hat). My disagreement is the way you present yourself in the selling of your product in which you are selling a system that's supposed to increase peoples financial status, maybe dress up (again I understand about the hair) just a little..............I admit I was probably out of line with some of the remarks I said, but that I stand my ground on.

I don't think your site is bad, and I'm sure your content has valuable info, I would've even considered buying it if you had presented yourself better. Who knows maybe I still will eventually now knowing that's just how you are.

That's it for now, Happy Easter to everyone, I'm out
