EB-5 Money

I want to learn more about how EB-5 money could potentially be used for development projects. If anyone can provide comments or links to useful commentary/literature it would be greatly appreciated.

Any comments about Regulation S and how it ties in with these funds are appreciated as well if it is applicable.

A guy by the name of Alex posted a thread a few months ago stating he had raised over 40MM using EB-5.

I don't know if contacting him will help, but it may be worth a try.
