Hi! Need to know exactly all the forms I need to do an assignment to investor. I would like to be well prepared when I meet with sellers and investors. I am new to wholesaling but I would like to present my self in a professional way. I have been researching REI for quite a while now and finally ready to get started but this is the one thing I'm missing to make my move.Would really appreciate any replies. I'm in Louisiana if that helps.

You need to get the property under contract and as the buyer
put your name and or assigns, then when you find a buyer you get and assignament of contract form and assign the deal to the buyer for your fee.
