Contract and fee questions
I want to know what are some contingency clauses to have in my offer or purchase contracts. And what are some of the fees I will have to come out of my pocket with as in appraisals, estimates, title searches, ect. I will be wholesaling deals. I would appreciate all the information I can get on this topic.
