Primary residence?

Hi All,

I recently bought a property for myself. As part of the financing I had to sign an affadavit that states it will be my primary residence for a year etc etc.

However my gf just asked me to move in with her. What are my options on this? Can I rent it out even though my year is not up? My loan was a homepath loan, not sure if that's significant. Has anyone else faced this diliemma?
