Kitchen flooring choices

David Hess
Posted

Should I install vinyl flooring in a SFH kitchen or laminate flooring. The vinyl is .69 cents a sqft. with a three year warranty. The laminate is 1.20 sq ft with a 10 year warranty. Thanks for your comments.

I agree with Dustin on the vinyl tile, at least in cheaper homes. I put real tile in nicer homes. But, I get it for under $2 per sq ft, materials and labor where I live. Rich.
